Frequently Asked Questions About My Process & Pricing
What is the process of getting a tattoo with me?
I will initially give you an indicative price for the tattoo project. I work by project and not by the hour, which allows me to focus on the best possible result without the pressure of time. The final price will be set on the day of the session, based on the design and size, but it will not exceed the maximum indicative price I give you. Small changes to the design or size do not affect the cost. However, if larger changes are made (new design, significantly larger size, or different placement), there may be a difference in the cost — but I will always inform you before we start.
If you like the project and are okay with the cost, we can arrange our appointment. Since my schedule fills up quickly, it is a good idea to book your appointment early to find a date that suits you.
About Big Projects & Sleeves
For larger projects, such as sleeves, it is difficult to estimate exactly how many sessions will be needed. However, I can provide an estimate based on the size and complexity of the design. Your stamina is also an important factor, which will determine the size of each session – and therefore the amount of work we can produce each day. We will work together to determine the number of sessions required and adjust the estimate accordingly.
If you are interested in the project and are also okay with the financial part, we will book an appointment for your tattoo. Due to a high workload, available slots are quickly decreasing, so it is best to schedule our session now, so that we can more easily find slots during the time period you are interested in.
About your tattoo design
(I never send designs before the session)
Before our appointment, I will study and prepare some drafts based on the idea and the placement you want for your new tattoo. The design is always finalized on the day of the appointment, since it is the best way for me to create something unique and to fully convey my ideas and vision for your project, in that moment. If necessary, I will make changes until we are both happy with the final design.
Trust between us is crucial for me in order to create the best possible result in terms of design. It is important to emphasize that I do not copy existing designs or tattoos, but we design together, based on your ideas and what you like, creating a new design that will fully represent your vision. Once the design is finalized, we can discuss each element and adjust it accordingly.
It is important to note that certain areas of the body may not be suitable for certain designs.
If the design I show you is completely wrong in your eyes, it probably means that I am not the right artist for the tattoo you want to create. The example designs you have seen help me visualize what you like and what you don’t, before we book a session.
Advance payment for the project
A prerequisite for booking your appointment is the payment of a deposit of 50 euros, which is deducted from the final amount.
In case of cancellation by the client, the deposit is non-refundable. The appointment can be rescheduled with the same deposit, as long as the client informs us at least 3–5 days before the appointment. The deposit is necessary so that I can somehow guarantee the time I will dedicate to the plan, communication, and the day I commit, in case of cancellation by the client. If for any reason I cancel the appointment and you do not wish to reschedule a new session, you will receive your money back as soon as possible.
About the pricing of the tattoos
PER PROJECT
I work on a project basis, not hourly. This means that my pricing is based on the entire project, not the number of hours required to complete it.
This allows me to focus on delivering the best possible result for your tattoo, without the stress of time.
FULL DAY
Full day means that I reserve the entire day in the shop exclusively for you, so that we have as much time as necessary to discuss the design and possible last-minute changes, but also, of course, to work on your tattoo for as many hours as necessary to get the best possible result.
My style and the way I work require that we have freedom of time, so that the work can be done carefully and with absolute concentration, without time constraints.
